Uluslararası bir zirve programı

Semor A.Ş. Genel Müdürü Nezih Kuleyin, CeBIT Global Konferans’ın CeBIT Sinerji Zirvesi ile birlikte yapılması sonucunda hem ulusal hem de uluslararası arenada çok önemli bir katılımın sağlandığını söylüyor.

An International Summit program

Sayın Kuleyin geçen yıla göre bu yıl CeBIT Sinerji Zirvesi’nin kapsamını nasıl tanımlamaktasınız?

Bu yıl CeBIT Sinerji Zirvesi’nin bir nitelik sıçraması gerçekleştirdiğini söyleyebiliriz. Geçen yıl ulusal nitelikte bir konferans gerçekleştirmiştik bu yıl ise CeBIT Global Konferans’ın CeBIT Sinerji Zirvesi ile birlikte gerçekleştiriliyor olması etkinliğe uluslararası bir boyut kazandırdı. İkinci boyut ise Ulusal bazda gerçekleşen nitelik sıçramasıdır. Önce CeBIT Global Konferans’tan söz etmek istiyorum.

CeBIT Global Konferans kendi içinde üç büyük konferansa ev sahipliği yapacak.  Bunlardan birincisi Akıllı Kentler ile ilgili olarak gerçekleştireceğimiz konferanslar dizisidir. Burada akıllı kentlerin trafikten imara kadar tüm bilişim teknolojileri ile daha da iyileştirilebilecek özelliklerini kendi ülkelerinde bu iyileştirmeleri gerçekleştirmiş olan uzmanlarla birlikte tartışacağız. Sosyal medya da etkin olan belediye başkanlarını da ağırlayacağımız bu etkinlikte başarılı belediye başkanlarımız bilişim altyapılarındaki değişimin toplumsal etkilerini bize aktaracaklar.

CeBIT Global Konferans’ta yer alan iki temel konu Mobilite ve Big Data. Mobil Teknolojiler tüm dünyayı yeniden tasarlarken sosyal medyada hızla büyüyen verinin yönetimi ve bu verinin işlerimizi daha iyiye yönlendirmemiz için gereken veri yönetim stratejileri bu oturumlarda ele alınacak.

Uluslararası boyutu anlattınız biraz da ulusal nitelikteki etkinliklerden söz edebilir misiniz?

Biliyorsunuz CeBIT Sinerji Zirvesi’nin temel amacı sektörde güncel olan tüm sorunların ayrıntılı bir biçimde ele alındığı bir zirve olmaktır. Bu bağlamda geçen yıl CeBIT Sinerji Zirvesi kapsamında e-Finans ve e-Devlet olgularında meydana gelen gelişmeleri katılımcılarımızla bu yıl da paylaşmak arzusundayız.

Bu bağlamda ülkemizin en büyük konferanslarından bir tanesi olan Bilişim Standartları Konferans’ının bu yıl CeBIT Sinerji Zirvesi kapsamında gerçekleştirileceğinden söz etmeliyim. Bilişim standartları giderek çok büyük önem kazanmaktadır. Özellikle de Siber Savaşların yaygınlaştığı günümüzde standartlar işlerin yönetiminin temel alt yapısı olmaya başlamıştır. TSE etkinlik kapsamında tüm bilişim standartlarını ve uygulanış biçimlerini katılımcıları ile paylaşacak.

Bu yıl ilk kez yapacağımız ve her yıl sürdürmeyi planladığımız bir etkinlik olarak Girişimcilik günlerini Sinerji Zirve kapsamına aldık. Bu da Girişimcilik günleridir. Girişimcilik Eko Sisteminden, startup sunumlarına, Girişimciler Sağlanan Desteklerden, Girişim Sermayesine kadar konu ile ilgili her olguyu ayrıntılı bir biçimde irdeleyeceğiz. Kadın girişimciliği için bir yarım gün kadın girişimcilerin sorunlarını irdeleyeceğiz.

Geçen yıl olduğu gibi bu yıl da Engelsiz Bilişim Platformu ile gerçekleştirdiğimiz ve tüm engelliler için yani bir yaşam biçimi yaratmayı hedeflediğimiz tam günlük etkinliğimizi yeniden hayata geçireceğiz. Umuyoruz ki ürettiğimiz çözümlerle engellilerin sorunlarına karınca kararlarınca bir katkımız olur.

TURMOB bu yıl önemli bir kaynak planlama yazılımı olan LUCA ile ilgili olarak bin kişiye ulaşacak olan Serbest Muhasebeci ve Mali Müşaviri CeBIT kapsamında eğitecek.

Bu programın her yıl komşu ülkelerden çok sayıda katılımcıyı İstanbul’a getireceğine inanıyoruz. İstiyoruz ki Avrasya’nın en büyük teknik şovu olan CeBIT Bilişim Eurasia en büyük bilimsel etkinliği olan CeBIT Sinerji Zirvesi ile birlikte bölgenin en büyük buluşmasının gerçekleştiği bilimsel ve teknik bir platform olsun.

Cyber Wars in particular are becoming more widespread, standards are becoming the basic infrastructure for management. 

Mr. Kuleyin, how would you describe the scope of the CeBIT Synergy Summit this year in comparison with last year?

We can say that the CeBIT Synergy Summit has taken a qualitative leap this year. Last year we held a national conference, this year by holding the CeBIT Global Conference together with the CeBIT Synergy Summit we have given the event an international dimension. The second dimension is the qualitative leap which has occurred on a national basis. First of all I would like to mention the CeBIT Global Conference.

The CeBIT Global Conference will host three major conferences within itself. The first of these will be the series of seminars on Smart Cities. Here we will discuss how IT can improve all aspects of smart cities from traffic to zoning, together with experts who have carried out these improvements in their own countries. During this event, where we will also be hosting mayors who effectively use social media, our successful majors will talk to us about the social effects the changes in IT infrastructure lead to.

The two main topics at CeBIT Global Conference are Mobility and Big Data. During these sessions, Mobile Technologies which redesign the world, along with the management of the rapidly growing data in social media, and the best strategies for managing this data to enable us to work better, will be discussed.

You have mentioned the international aspects of the event, can you now tell us a little more about the national nature of the event?

As you know, the main purpose of the CeBIT Synergy Summit is to be a summit where all current issues in the sector can be discussed in detail. In this context, we aim to talk about e-Finance and e-Government, which was the scope of the CeBIT Synergy Summit last year, with our participants this year too.

In this context, I must mention that one of the country’s biggest conferences, the Information Technology Standards Conference is being held within the scope of this year’s CeBIT Synergy Summit. IT standards are becoming increasingly important. During this time when Cyber Wars in particular are becoming more widespread, standards are becoming the basic infrastructure for management. TSE is going to share all IT standards and their applications with participants during the event.

We have brought an event, Entrepreneurship Days, in to the scope of the Synergy Summit for the first time this year and we aim to do this every year. These are Entrepreneurship Days. We will explore all subjects relating to entrepreneurship like the entrepreneur eco system, start-up presentations, support provided for entrepreneurs and venture capital in detail. For women entrepreneurs, we will explore the problems faced by women entrepreneurs for half a day.

As last year, this year we will also hold the Accessible IT Platform, where we aim to create an entire way of life for people with disabilities, and will be holding a full day event. We hope that with our solutions we will be able to help the disabled even in a small way.

TURMOB will be educating one thousand Public Accountants and Financial Advisors on the important resource planning software LUCA at this year’s CeBIT.

We believe that this program will bring a large number of participants from neighbouring countries to Istanbul each year. We want the CeBIT Synergy Summit, which is part of the largest technical show CeBIT Bilişim Eurasia, to become the region’s largest platform for scientific and technological matters.
